Privacy policy
This site does not track you. The only information I hold is what you choose to send me, and I am the only person who reads it.
The short version
This site does not track you. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies set when you read a page. The only information I hold is what you choose to send me through the contact form, and I am the only person who reads it.
What I collect
What you type into the contact form. Your name, your email address, the option you select for what you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
That is the only place this site collects personal information. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no payment taken on the site.
How I use it
To read your message and reply to it. That is the entire purpose.
I do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. If you write to ask a question and never hear from me again, nothing of yours is being used elsewhere.
Where it is held
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. They are stored in my Netlify account and forwarded to my email inbox. Netlify also keeps standard server logs, including visitor IP addresses, as part of running the site securely. See the Netlify privacy policy.
The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading a page requests those files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See the Google privacy policy.
Nothing else on this site talks to a third party.
How long I keep it
I keep contact form messages for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of our correspondence, and no longer than three years. You can ask me to delete your message sooner and I will.
Anything you write in the course of the work
This matters more here than it would on most sites, so I want to be exact about it.
Writing you do as part of coaching, training, or a workshop is yours. It is not collected by this website, not stored on it, and not published anywhere by me without your explicit written permission. Please do not send personal reflective writing through the contact form. Use it to get in touch, and we will find a better route for anything more.
If you write something difficult
People sometimes describe painful circumstances in a first message. I read every message myself, and nobody else has access to my inbox.
The form is not monitored in real time and is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. In an emergency, go to your nearest emergency department.
What you can ask me to do
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to me and I will do it. There is no form to fill in and no process to go through.
Children
This site and the services offered through it are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.
